About Madhu’s Brasserie

"The experience of 'dining-in' may change in the years to come, but why should the dining experience change? If guests cannot come to us, we can deliver the same experience in the comfort and safety of their home"

These were the words of a friend when the closure of restaurants was announced in early 2020: this was when the idea of Madhu’s Brasserie was formed. 

With the Hospitality and Restaurant sectors suffering, this change has created an upsurge in the takeaway segment. Sanjay and Arjun along with some close friends identified this gap and opportunity.  Decades of experience and expertise in creating mouth-watering Indian cuisine, together with friends who have expertise in various corners of the professional world, they realised the vision for the new venture and joined forces to create Madhu's Brasserie.


Gourmet Associates Limited (GAL) trading as Madhu’s Brasserie, will create the ultimate South Asian Premium Takeaway experience.  GAL aims to establish itself as a nationwide franchisor in the next 5 years, starting with signature owned outlets in the London region within its first year. This will then follow with the rollout of the franchise model across Greater London and the Midlands eventually expanding across the UK.

Madhu’s Brasserie offers an array of dining experiences, from delivery straight to your doorstep, to click and collect, as well as enjoying your favourite signature dishes whilst seated at our counter wrapped around the open kitchen: our guests will see their meals freshly prepared by our talented chefs and be entertained by them as they cook using our Robata Grill and Tandoor oven.
